Lower Saxony is one of the largest states area-wise. We visited Hanover, the fourth time for me and the first for Lizette. Other cities that we simply had to visit were Hildesheim and Hameln. In Hanover we found a war cemetery for Allied airmen from World War II. In Hameln we saw the match between Germany and Ecuador, which of course Germany won.
